To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk50, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk50 is incorporated or registered as an operating entity. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
For Pakistani users specifically, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other relevant national or provincial legislation.
